Terminal guidance for FPV drones
IRA-1 is a brand-independent autonomy kit by iris that turns any Betaflight / MilBeta FPV drone into a pilot-assisted, semi-autonomous platform — locking onto a target once and guiding the drone home even if the radio link is jammed.
- 1,000 m
- Lock-on range — terminal guidance keeps tracking the target well beyond the radio horizon
- < 1 s
- Cruise control engages in under a second the moment the radio link is lost
- ≥ 80 %
- Field-measured mission success rate under jamming
IRA-1 — the autonomy kit for FPV drones
Terminal Guidance & Autonomous Flight Kit for FPV UAVs

Brand-independent fit
Works with any Betaflight / MilBeta based FPV drone, regardless of frame size — no custom airframe needed.
Six-cable installation
Connects to the flight controller with six cables over CRSF; model-specific tuning is the only extra step.
Light and cost-effective
At 75 g including the camera, IRA-1 adds autonomy without changing how the drone flies or handles.
One kit, decisive results
The seven core capabilities that make IRA-1 reliable in the field: from terminal guidance to electronic warfare resilience.
Terminal Guidance
The pilot locks the target once while the signal is still strong. From there, IRA-1 tracks it, shows a zoomed view on the OSD, and guides the drone to the target on its own — even beyond the radio horizon.
Cruise Control
On line-of-sight or signal loss, the drone keeps flying straight at the preset altitude and speed, helping it pass through jamming. When the signal returns, an on-screen countdown hands control back to the pilot safely.
Auto Launch
Take-off without pilot skill: the drone climbs to the set altitude and cruises toward the contact line on its own, with the active mode always shown on the OSD.
Brand-Independent Integration
IRA-1 connects to the drone's own flight controller with only six cables and standard CRSF signals, so it works with Betaflight / MilBeta FPV platforms regardless of frame size.
On-Screen Pilot Interface
Every function comes with its own OSD overlay on the pilot's goggle feed, so the pilot always sees the target box, lock status, active mode, and hand-over countdown.
Electronic Warfare Resilience
Once a target is locked, the mission continues even if the radio link is lost to jamming. If no target is locked yet, IRA-1 switches to cruise control instead of letting the drone fall.
Minutes to Train, Minutes to Install
The clean on-screen interface means pilot training takes minutes, not days, and the kit itself installs with six cables and light model-specific tuning.
